Shannon has been a commercial property manager since 1999. She understands the demands of a property and believes that when problems present themselves; it’s an opportunity to provide solutions, not a time for reactions.
Shannon has built a strong team environment that supports each team member and every property we manage. Our team is knowledgeable about each of the properties we manage so that service can be provided seamlessly.

Brianna has been with Tiegs Property Services since 2013. She started as an Assistant Property Manager, and was promoted to a full Property Manager in June of 2016 upon her graduation from the University of Washington. Additionally, she completed her Master of Business Administration in January of 2019, all while working in her position full-time. Brianna’s desire for learning and betterment are unparalleled.
Brianna has worked on many commercial property types, with her current portfolio including office, medical office, retail, industrial and mixed use properties. She has firsthand knowledge of real estate leasing and operations, tenant relations, project management, contract negotiation and is involved in many aspects of property accounting on a daily basis. She enjoys working closely with both property owners and tenants to build strong relationships and provide a quality management services.
All of us are actively involved as members of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA). Shannon is a past president of BOMA, both locally in the South Puget Sound Chapter, and regionally for the Pacific Northwest Region. Brianna is also a past Board member of the BOMA South Puget Sound Chapter.
